If you place an order from outside the continental
US, paypal will automatically only charge you
the standard US shipping rate. When we receive
the order we will calculate the additional shipping
needed, contact you with a couple of choices for
shipping, and then send a paypal request to you
for the needed extra amount. As soon as we receive
confirmation from paypal we will immediately ship
